New Calculators:
Compound Interest Calculator
This basic calculator shows how investments grow over time and breaks down how different types of compounding affect growth.

Saving to Be a Millionaire Calculator
A longtime favorite, this updated version helps students project whether their savings and investment strategies will allow them to reach a million dollars by their target age.
Future Value Calculator
This simple tool helps students calculate how much a potential investment will be worth in the future, factoring in different types of compounding.

Mortgage Calculator
A key feature of our Mortgage Math and Ratios lesson, this tool helps students understand how their mortgage payments break down, including PMI and other costs until PMI is no longer required.

Mortgage Payment Calculator
Part of our Rent vs. Buy lesson, this tool includes all necessary costs such as PMI, HOA fees, home maintenance, and escrow payments to give students a clearer picture of total homeownership expenses.

Equity Calculator
This tool illustrates how making regular payments on an amortized loan helps build equity, showing students how that equity can affect their take-home cash when selling a home.

- Rent vs Buy Calculator
This calculator combines data from the Mortgage Payment and Equity calculators, using future value projections to help students decide whether it’s financially better to rent or buy a home based on their personal situation.

Debt Snowball and Avalanche Calculator

Part of our lesson on accelerated debt repayment strategies, this tool allows students to visualize how different strategies, like the Debt Snowball and Debt Avalanche, will impact their repayment schedules and total costs.
We’ll be releasing more new calculators and updates throughout the spring and summer. We hope these tools help you create an engaging and insightful classroom experience!
Happy Learning!
