To make a trade, start by hovering your pointer over the “Trading” tab and then select the type of security you’d like to trade from the drop-down menu. From here you select what action (buy, sell, cover, short) you wish to take, the order type (market, limit, stop, trailing % or $) and fill in the rest of the required information. Then click “Preview Order” and if you are satisfied with it, click “Place Order” to confirm your trade.
